We render professional and reliable after-sales service for all customers. In order to protect your rights and interests, please carefully read the following information:



1. Free-of-charge delivery and installation

For any furniture product order on Sofapop Website and the franchised stores, Our Company provides free-of-charge delivery service within urban and suburban regions of Shanghai. And we also provide professional installation service.

2. Three Warranties

Within one year since the date of product delivery, in the event of non-artificial serious quality problems, customers can opt for returning, replace or repair such products. Promoted products and discounted products cannot be returned and replaced. If quality, personalized customer-tailored products also cannot be returned and replaced. Return of commodities is unallowable if shopping vouchers are incomplete.

3. One-year warranty period

With warranty period, in the event of product quality problems, Our Company will provide free-of-charge repair.
The free-of-charge warranty shall be inapplicable under the following circumstances:
- Damages caused by user or third party’s misuse, abuse, etc;
- Damages caused by user’s inappropriate disassembly and assembly, or transformation of structure and components without authorization;
- Damages caused by user’s improper use, safekeeping or maintenance;
- Warranty period expires.
